Michelle Simon is a third-year undergraduate student majoring in biomedical engineering-premed at UCI. She plans on going to medical school after graduation and is interested in learning how to apply engineering techniques and knowledge in the medical industry. Michelle is interested in the field of photoacoustic imaging because of its wide variety of uses in modern medicine and hopes to learn and help in the advancement of its technology.
