Roxana Shahryari

Roxana Shahryari completed her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience at the University of California, Riverside and earned her Master’s in Analytics from Georgia Tech. She has research publications in molecular neuroscience and addiction, and has collaborated with biotech companies to develop algorithms for drug discovery and repurposing. Roxana is passionate about leveraging engineering and computational principles to improve healthcare and is particularly interested in advancing medical imaging and image-guided therapies. She is joining the lab as an Assistant Specialist and will begin her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at UC Irvine in Fall 2025.
